Apple Watch Weight Loss

I've lost 15 pounds since I have used my Apple watch to track my fitness and I think it has been key to my success.

The Apple Watch made it easier for me to track my goals of calorie burn and daily exercise. I lost 10 pounds in the 24 days after I got my watch and I hope to lose about 20 more. It has features that help to motivate you like awards for your fitness achievements and reminders if you haven't hit your goal.
